Please bring your bicycle to us on the scheduled day (or 1–2 days earlier if possible). Once the service is complete, we’ll notify you via SMS or email (please also check your spam folder).
Our service prices are based on the individual work required for your bike. Before we begin, you’ll receive a cost estimate from us—either by phone or email.
Note on e-bike repairs and servicing:
We only perform repairs and maintenance on e-bikes equipped with Bosch or Shimano drive systems.
For other brands—such as Panasonic, Brose, Yamaha or Maxon—we are unable to offer motor updates or servicing. As we do not have access to spare parts for these systems, we regretfully must decline related repair requests.
